The Position:
We are seeking an External Audit and Internal Policy Coordinator to support the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau with project management and internal reporting tasks. Some examples of responsibilities include:
- Support management of policy updates ongoing audits through activities such as conducting data calls, updating audit and policy tracking, scheduling roadshows, developing internal communications, developing file organization plans etc.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of client issues, needs, and contexts.
- Share insights, results, and recommendations in a comprehensible manner through both written presentations/reports and interactions with teams/clients.
- Support data cleansing activities to support government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) software implementation.
- Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports including regular quality assurance checks
- Develop program collateral in the Microsoft products and Tableau, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
- BA / BS Degree
- Experience providing operational or administrative support
- Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance
- Excellent customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytic skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Products (SharePoint and Excel focus) and Tableau
- Ability to build a strong degree of trust with the client
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail related to project management and task/deadline tracking
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple ongoing deliverable
- Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C., but this role is 100% remote.
- Expected travel 0-10%; may increase based on business needs
- This is an exempt, full-time position
