Position Overview
We are seeking an operations coordinator to provide general operations support to a client office to facilitate tasks and coordinate logistics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Clearance: Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
- Years of Experience Required: 0-3 Years
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Experience creating, analyzing, and presenting surveys and data analysis
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Adobe Connect, standard Microsoft Office products, Google apps
Key activities may include, but not be limited to:
- Supporting all program activities including coordination of all program meeting logistics, materials and follow up actions
- Designing, issuing and analyzing program surveys to identify opportunities for program improvements
- Development of correspondence for program leads to be sent to key stakeholders
- Leading planning meetings with the program staff
- Developing program collateral in the Google Suite, including Google Documents, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
Job Description Requirements:
- Develop, maintain and execute a thorough, year-long project plan
- Ability to proactively identify program risks, and deploy mitigation strategies
- Strong communicator, including writing, slide deck development and verbal presentations
- Ability to build a strong degree of trust with the client
- Participate in weekly program meetings, often leading discussion or presenting during specific portions of the meetings
- Develop surveys and conduct necessary analysis to develop recommendations for program lead

- Salary: $40,000-$45,000
