Position Overview

Position Description:

Censeo is seeking a Program Manager with experience supporting the General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Government-wide Policy (OGP). The Program Manager will combine program management (PMP required), people management, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical skills to guide our teams to develop impactful solutions for OGP by supporting the  Cross-Agency Priority (CAP) Goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS with strong academic background
  • 7+ years’ experience of Project Management (PMP Certification Required)
  • Strong experience working across multiple Government Agencies and Stakeholders
  • Experience working in a consulting environment with Fortune 100 Organizations
  • Understands the requirements, environmental factors, organizations, activities, constraints, risks, and motivations impacting the GSA and OGP
  • Has demonstrated effectiveness applying program management practices across all phases of programs from inception through completion
  • Strong creative problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a team environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in business, engineering, education, social science or related field
  • Prior experience leading GSA and or Cross/Agency Programs

Work Requirements:

  • Ensure client satisfaction by leading teams working on Strategic Planning, Data Analytics, Acquisition Support, and Program Management projects
  • Manage the cost, schedule and technical performance of tasks across the GSA OGP contract 
  • Act as the senior customer contact for program activities and lead program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
  • Build client relationships across GSA OGP, including understanding customer requirements and identifying and resolving delivery risks before they happen
  • Oversee quality of delivery by Censeo staff and subcontractors
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong, qualified, and motivated team to support our customer requirements
  • Identify and raise new opportunities to Censeo business development staff, and work with Censeo leadership to plan account development
